I have won lots more prizes doing postal comps than online ones.
Morgz found me some great sites to get free post cards so it doesn't cost me as much now !!
You have more chance of winning the postal comps esp if you decorate the postcards Exclamation
I've won some good stuff, it saved me a fortune at christmas Very Happy
More postal comps would be good if you could find them Very Happy Wink

I wouldn't bother with the stuff from blushcreative as you can't use the cards. Just a load of cards stapled in the corner with advertising for themselves on the fronts...cr&p.

I notice this is a very old thread, but thought I'd just add a message to it by way of helping anyone that may come across it in the future. If you're wanting to try your luck with postal competitions and are maybe running into the same issues as have been brought up here - where to find them, where to find postcards, as well as time and cost - it would certainly be worth giving www.ilovecomps.co.uk a look.

We are (as far as I know) a pretty unique service - we source a lot of the best postcard competitions from all over the place, put them online and enable you to enter them with your mouse, leaving us to do all the leg-work whilst saving 2/3rds the cost involved with entering them yourself.

The major benefit of offline, postal competitions over online ones is the number of people entering them - far fewer enter offline due to the cost and time consuming nature, giving you a greater chance.

Try it out, at the moment there's genuinely nothing to lose - for an annual membership of £15 you get 50 free entries to any of the competitions on the site, so you're in profit from the word go!
